Nagu ma juba Health Optimisation Summiti <a href=\"https:\/\/helen.vene.ee\/blog\/2024\/07\/health-optimisation-summit-2024\/\">postituses<\/a> kirjutasin, siis see on tegevuste kogum, mis aitavad kehal ja vaimul olla oma k\u00f5ige paremas vormis (<em>performance, longevity<\/em>&nbsp;ja \u00fcle\u00fcldine tervislikkus). Ma nimetan seda edaspidi pigem elustiiliks. Aga see kirjeldus, mida ma just kirjutasin &#8211; see ju tegelikult ei \u00fctle mitte midagi. Jah, \u00fcldpildis on v\u00f5imalik aru saada, et mis see asi on, aga ei midagi t\u00e4psemat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oluline on ka \u00f6elda, et tegevused, mida tehakse, on teaduslikult t\u00f5estatud ja ei p\u00f5hine arvamustel ja tunnetel. Ja tegelikult ei ole ka mingit nimekirja, mida ette anda, et kui teed n\u00fc\u00fcd \u00f5piku j\u00e4rgi j\u00e4rgmist 3 tegevust, siis oledki bioh\u00e4kker ja mitte midagi muud teha vaja ei ole \ud83d\ude03. No n\u00e4iteks tuntud suunamudijad (mulle \u00fcldse ei meeldi see s\u00f5na) nimetavad suhkruvaba toitumist tervislikuks, kuid tegelikult on asi sellest kaugel \ud83e\udd72. <strong>Suhkruga<\/strong> tooted on tervislikumad, kui neid tarbida m\u00f5istlikus koguses. Suhkruvabad tooted on enamasti magusainetega, mis rikuvad soolestiku mikrobioomi. Mikrobioomi tuleb hoida, ega ilma asjata soolestikku teiseks ajuks ei nimetata. Aga see on jutt m\u00f5neks teiseks korraks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bioh\u00e4kkimine ei ole tegelikult mingi uus asi, isegi Eesti meedias on sellest kirjutatud. Leidsin mingi 2021 aasta <a href=\"https:\/\/annestiil.delfi.ee\/artikkel\/95423159\/eestit-vallutab-elustiilitrend-mis-lubab-paremat-tervist-ja-edukamat-karjaari-biohakkimise-harrastajad-selgitavad-miks-ja-kuidas\">Anne ja Stiili<\/a> ja 2023 aasta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.postimees.ee\/7827396\/kas-olete-kuulnud-biohakkimisest-kuidas-see-voib-aidata-teie-und-ja-meeleolu-parandada\">Postimehe<\/a> artiklid, kus tegelikult on seda teemat kajastatud. Ja Postimehe artiklis on v\u00e4ga ilusti kirjutatud, ma n\u00fc\u00fcd tsiteerin seda artiklit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">&#8220;Bioh\u00e4kkimise olemus seisneb oma bioloogia \u00fcle kontrolli v\u00f5tmises, kasutades soovitud tulemuste saavutamiseks andmeanal\u00fc\u00fcsi, elustiilimuutusi ja tipptasemel tehnoloogiaid. M\u00f5iste bioh\u00e4kkimine h\u00f5lmab laia valikut tegevusi alates dieedi ja treeningrutiinide optimeerimisest kuni geenitehnoloogia ja nootroopiliste ainete kasutamiseni kognitiivse funktsiooni parandamiseks. Bioh\u00e4kkerid kasutavad oma tervise- ja j\u00f5udlusn\u00e4itajate m\u00f5\u00f5tmiseks ja j\u00e4lgimiseks sageli erinevaid t\u00f6\u00f6riistu ja tehnoloogiaid. T\u00f6\u00f6riistade hulka kuuluvad kantavad seadmed, nagu treeningu j\u00e4lgijad ja unemonitorid, samuti DNA j\u00e4rjestuse ja mikrobioomi anal\u00fc\u00fcsi tehnoloogiad.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainuke asi, mida ma selles l\u00f5igus tahaksin muuta &#8211; ma asendaksin dieedi toitumisega, sest dieet on inimeste jaoks tavaliselt mingi toitumist piirav tegevus ja pigem negatiivses t\u00e4henduses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kas n\u00fc\u00fcd on pisut selgem, mis asi see bioh\u00e4kkimine on? \ud83d\ude03 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kui ei saanud, siis siin on v\u00e4ike <em>teaser<\/em>, mis edasi saama hakkab. Teemasid, millest kirjutada on palju. Iga teema on eraldi v\u00e4ga suur teema. Siia \u00fchte postitusse k\u00f5ike kokku kuhjata mul lihtsalt ei \u00f5nnestu. Mul on m\u00f5ned aastad aega l\u00e4inud, et selle k\u00f5igeni j\u00f5uda, seega olekski imelik, kui ma suudaks k\u00f5ik \u00fche blogi postitusega peensusteni edasi anda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bioh\u00e4kkimise teemad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toitumine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See on minu arust \u00fcks k\u00f5ige olulisemaid teemasid, millest r\u00e4\u00e4kida. Ja see pole n\u00fc\u00fcd see koht, kus te m\u00f5tlete, et hakkan teile demonstreerima seda toidup\u00fcramiidi, mida koolis n\u00e4idati ja \u00f6eldi, et nii on \u00f5ige \ud83d\ude03. Me ei r\u00e4\u00e4gi ainult sellest, et mida s\u00fc\u00fca. Me r\u00e4\u00e4gime siin ikka oluliselt laiemalt &#8211; mida, millal, kuidas ja miks s\u00fc\u00fca. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fc\u00fcsiline aktiivsus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma panin pealkirjaks meelega f\u00fc\u00fcsiline aktiivsus, mitte trenn, sest praegusel ajal on inimestel mulje, et &#8220;ma ju k\u00e4in 3x n\u00e4dalas trennis&#8221; ongi okei ja rohkem pole vaja. Pikas perspektiivis on oluline, et inimene iga p\u00e4ev ennast liigutaks (eriti need, kes istuvad p\u00e4ev otsa laua taga nagu enamik meist). Kogu samme ja liiguta ennast. Siin on heaks abiks igasugused kellad ja aktiivsusmonitorid, mis \u00fctlevad sulle, kui sa pole oma aktiivsust t\u00e4is saanud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kindlasti see 3x n\u00e4dalas trenn on ka super &#8211; eriti v\u00f5iks teha j\u00f5uharjutusi ja veidikene ka HIIT trenni. Aga trennis ei tasu k\u00e4ia 6 v\u00f5i 7 korda n\u00e4dalas &#8220;maksimum v\u00f5imsusel&#8221;. Bioh\u00e4kkerid teavad, kui oluline on tegelikult keha taastumine ja kui anda kehale piisavalt aega pingutustest taastumiseks, siis v\u00f5ib v\u00e4hemast trennist olla oluliselt rohkem kasu kui \u00fcle treenimisest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Puhkamine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puhkamine on tegelikult h\u00e4sti lai m\u00f5iste. Siin all ei pruugi m\u00f5elda ainult magamist. Siin v\u00f5ib olla ka n\u00e4iteks meditatsioon, looduses jalutamine, trennist taastumine. Meditatsiooni ja hingamistehnikate eksperdiks ma ennast ei pea, mul on veel arenemisruumi \ud83d\ude03. K\u00fcll aga uni on h\u00e4sti t\u00e4htis keha normaalseks funktsioneerimiseks. Osalesin just \u00fchel \u00f5ppimise ja ajuga seotud seminaril ja seal r\u00e4\u00e4giti ka, et uni peab olema kvaliteetne. Kui seda ei ole, siis hakkavad ka k\u00f5ik teised funktsioonid kehas paigast \u00e4ra minema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und on v\u00f5imalik ka koduste seadmetega j\u00e4lgida &#8211; mina kasutan Apple Watchi, paljudel on ka s\u00f5rmused (Oura, Ultrahuman). Magamiseks oleks ilmselt s\u00f5rmus mugavam, aga mulle ei meeldinud nende suurus &#8211; tundus kuidagi liiga kobakas s\u00f5rmede vahel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Muu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tegelikult on neid teemasid veel palju &#8211; igasugused toidulisandid, saunas k\u00e4imine (sh infrapunavalgus), k\u00fclmavannide (talisupluse) tegemine, meditatsioon, puhta vee joomine, sinise valguse blokeerimine, elukeskkonna muutmine (nt plastiku eemaldamine, ei p\u00f5leta enam k\u00fc\u00fcnlaid, naturaalsete kodupuhastusvahendite ja h\u00fcgieenitoodete kasutamine). K\u00f5ik see k\u00e4ibki bioh\u00e4kkimise alla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kokkuv\u00f5tteks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kui ma praegu loen neid teemasid, siis tegelikult tundub nagu terve talupoja m\u00f5istus &#8211; s\u00f6\u00f6 normaalselt, liiguta, maga \ud83d\ude03. Aga iva on detailides. Kogu selles infom\u00fcras ja meie igap\u00e4evaste elutempode juures on tegelikult raske aru saada, mis siis l\u00f5puks ikkagi on \u00f5ige ja hea. Mul on kulunud mitmeid aastaid uurimisele ja enda peal katsetamisele. Aga t\u00f5esti, ma pole ammu ennast nii h\u00e4sti ja elavana tundnud kui praegu.  Ma olen praegu lihtsalt nii-nii rahul, et isegi kui n+1 arsti laiutasid k\u00e4si mu s\u00fcmptomite peale, siis ma teadsin, et see k\u00f5ik ei pea nii olema ja otsustasin ennast ise aidata. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teadaanne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dchtlasi <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">on see ka teadaanne, et ma kolin oma tervise ja muude elustiili juttudega Instagrami kontole nimega &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/helenhelendab\/\">helenhelendab<\/a>&#8216;. <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">\u00c4rge muretsege, blogi j\u00e4\u00e4b sellisel kujul ikka alles, ma lihtsalt tahan oma personaalset Instagrami hoida veidi privaatsemana ja <em>random<\/em> tegevuste, toitude ja muu sellise v\u00e4rgi oma personaalkontolt \u00e4ra viia. Ma olen pikalt sellest m\u00f5elnud ja n\u00fc\u00fcd l\u00f5puks otsustasin \u00e4ra teha.
