Sisuliselt on see tegevuste kogum, mis aitavad kehal ja vaimul olla oma k\u00f5ige paremas vormis (<em>performance, longevity<\/em> ja \u00fcle\u00fcldine tervislikkus). Tegevuste kogum k\u00f5lab isegi veidralt, ma \u00fctleks, et minu jaoks on see pigem elustiil, ilma milleta ma enam ei saa ja ei oska, sest ma tunnen ennast \u00fcle aaaaaaaaastate tervise m\u00f5ttes v\u00e4ga heas kohas. Ja see ei ole mingi uhhuu teema \ud83d\ude03 vaid k\u00f5ik ikkagi p\u00f5hineb teadusel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00f5igest sellest ma siin postituses r\u00e4\u00e4kima ei hakka, teen seda millalgi eraldi. Ma olen viimasel ajal p\u00e4ris palju m\u00f5elnud sellest, et tegelikult mulle meeldib blogi pidada, aga ma \u00fcldse ei j\u00f5ua enam siia p\u00e4rast seda kui lapse sain ja t\u00f6\u00f6l tagasi. Aga see on tegelikult vale, et mulle meeldib kirjutada, aga ma ei tee seda, sest mul pole selle jaoks aega. J\u00e4relikult on mul mingi ports tegevusi, mida ma teen, aga mis ei paku mulle sellist r\u00f5\u00f5mu ja ma peaksin leidma mooduseid, kuidas nendest koormavatest tegevustest vabaneda. Ilmselgelt ma ei m\u00f5tle siin all oma last v\u00f5i pereelu, aga k\u00f5ik muu \ud83d\ude03. Lisaks kui vahel m\u00f5ned inimesed \u00fctlevad, et on k\u00e4inud mu blogi lugemas ja neile meeldib mu kirjutamine, siis on see ka tore tagasiside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aga tagasi teemasse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma n\u00e4gin tegelikult ka Helsingis toimuva bioh\u00e4kkerite konverentsi reklaami, aga kuna Londonis olid nii palju tuntumad esinejad, siis ma otsustasin, et l\u00e4hen Londonisse. Kahte kohta lihtsalt see aasta poleks j\u00f5udnud, meil veel reise plaanis ja mul ema oleks pidanud ekstra puhkust v\u00f5tma, et last hoida. Lend hilines mitu tundi, \u00f5nneks teavitati meid ette, seega me saime selle hilinemise aja kodus passida. J\u00f5udsime lennujaama suhteliselt nii, et istusime just maha ja siis \u00f6eldi, et hakatakse pardale laskma. Lend ise oli okei, aga see Lutoni lennujaam. Ma olen k\u00e4inud enne \u00fche korra Londonis 12 aastat tagasi ja vist m\u00f5ni kord enne Brexitit on ka \u00fcmberistumisi olnud, aga ma enam ei m\u00e4leta, mis lennujaamades need olid. Seekord see Lutoni kogemus oli k\u00fcll ikka p\u00e4ris r\u00f5ve. Palju rahvast, r\u00e4pane, midagi seal eriti ei olnud jne. Passikontrollis k\u00fcsitleti nagu ma oleks illegaalseks immigrandiks sinna riiki sisenemas \ud83d\ude03. Kohale me saime ja paljaks ei varastatud nii et <em>nothing to complain about<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kusjuures k\u00f5ik, kellele ma \u00fctlesin, et ma l\u00e4hen Londonisse konverentsile, arvasid, et see on mu IT t\u00f6\u00f6ga seotud ja oli \u00fcllatunud, kui \u00fctlesin, et hoopis terviseteemalisele konverentsile l\u00e4hen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konverentsi korraldus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konverentsil oli pealava, kaks k\u00f5rvallava ja siis mingid sellised aktiivsed \u00fcritused ka, kus sai osaleda oluliselt v\u00e4hem inimesi, m\u00f5nek\u00fcmne ringis. Tehti joogat, meditatsiooni ja hingamispraktikaid. Ma nendel aktiivsetel \u00fcritustel ei k\u00e4inud, kuna ma ei viitsinud ukse taga j\u00e4rjekorras passida. Lisaks esinemistele oli seal suur messiala, kus sai erinevate br\u00e4ndide ja toodetega tutvuda. Meie valisime sealt v\u00e4lja oma uue veepuhastusmasina, mille saabumist ma juba v\u00e4ga ootan (see on hetkel veel teel, varsti peaks j\u00f5udma \ud83d\ude03). Kindlasti jutt edaspidiseks siia blogisse \ud83d\ude03. Ja mina tegin bioloogilise vanuse testi, mille tulemused on mul t\u00e4naseks juba teada. Kes tahab teada, kui vana ma bioloogiliselt olen? Kas kogu see bioh\u00e4kkimine on tegelikult mu tervislikku seisundit muutnud? Kui tahad, siis kirjuta kindlasti kommentaari, sest siis ma vastan k\u00f5igile k\u00fcsimustele j\u00e4rgmises postituses \ud83d\ude03!! Kokku oli 54 sessiooni, millel sai osaleda. Osad sessioonid oli 45 min kuni tund ja osad sellised 20-30 minutit pikad. Me nendel l\u00fchematel v\u00e4ga palju ei k\u00e4inud, sest minu arust 20 minutiga ei saa v\u00e4ga palju mingit konkreetset teemat edasi anda. See on ikkagi l\u00fchike aeg. Neid l\u00fchemaid saab p\u00e4rast kodus diivanil Netflixi asemel ka vaadata\ud83d\ude03. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainuke asi, mille \u00fcle ma virisen on see, et korraldajad ajasid peale igat esinejat k\u00f5ik inimesed saalist v\u00e4lja, pidi mingi tiiru \u00fcmber tegema ja siis teiselt poolt uksest uuesti sisse minema. See oli selle m\u00f5ttega, et kes juba j\u00e4rgmist esinemist ukse taga ootasid, et nemad siis said esimesena sisse, kuna olid j\u00e4rjekorras olnud. K\u00f5ik inimesed ei pruukinud mahtuda k\u00f5igile esinemistele. Minu arust oli see inimeste liigutamine t\u00e4iesti ebavajalik, tekitas nii palju segadust seal ja ajakava l\u00fckkus edasi, sest inimesi ei saadud \u00f5igel ajal v\u00e4lja ja siis sisse tagasi jne. Teisel p\u00e4eval nad olid midagi \u00fcmber s\u00e4ttinud seal ja siis \u00f6eldi, et ei pea enam minema oma kohalt \u00e4ra. Aga nad ei teinud seda konverentsi esimest aastat, tegelikult vist 4. v\u00f5i 5. korda juba. \u00dcks naine, kes meie k\u00f5rval istus vahepeal, r\u00e4\u00e4kis, et eelmine aasta oli veel hullem korraldus olnud. Aga nagu n\u00e4ha, siis esinejad ja kogu see <em>networking<\/em> on v\u00e4\u00e4rt seda, kui ta uuesti tagasi tuli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konverentsi 1. p\u00e4ev<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raske oli hommikul \u00e4rgata, aga veidi p\u00f5nevust oli juba sees, seega see v\u00e4simus ei h\u00e4irinud \ud83d\ude03. \u00d5nneks esimesel p\u00e4eval algas \u00fcritus veidi hiljem ka, kell 10.30. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00f5tsime kuskilt teepealt s\u00fc\u00fca ja jalutasime konverentsikeskusesse. Otsisime \u00f6\u00f6bimist konverentsikeskusele l\u00e4hemale, saime siis 30 min jalutamiskaugusele. See oli tegelt okei, sest mul oli vaja nagunii trenn nendel p\u00e4evadel \u00e4ra teha.  Oleks saanud ka konverentsikeskuse k\u00f5rvale, aga kuna ma seekord ei raatsinud Hiltonisse minna, siis tuli leppida 30 min jalutamisega \ud83d\ude03. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esimene esineja pealaval oli <strong>Dr Steven Gundry<\/strong>. See oli t\u00f5esti wow. Kogu ta esinemine oli v\u00e4ga sorav, h\u00e4sti l\u00e4bim\u00f5eldud, kaasakiskuv ja huvitav! Tema teemaks oli &#8220;<em>Optimising Your Gut to Reverse Disease &amp; Live Younger<\/em>&#8220;. Ta r\u00e4\u00e4kis peamiselt naiste tervisest, paastumisest ja sellest, kuidas igasugused uuringud ei v\u00f5ta naiste erip\u00e4rasid arvesse. Aga toit oli seal v\u00e4ga normaalne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e4rgmine esinemine oli <strong>Jim Kwik<\/strong>, kes r\u00e4\u00e4kis teemal &#8220;<em>Limitless Mind: Accelerated Learning &amp; Brain Optimisation<\/em>&#8220;. Jimi raamatule v\u00f5tsin autogrammi ka. Oleks tahtnud sealt kotit\u00e4ie raamatuid osta, aga no see Wizz Air oma seljakoti poliitikaga \ud83d\ude03.
