Selles postituses siis l\u00e4hemalt sellest, kuidas ma vaikselt trenniga j\u00e4lle pihta hakkan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Igaks juhuks \u00fctlen siia \u00e4ra, et mis \u00fchele sobib, ei pruugi teisele sobida ja mina l\u00e4htun lihtsalt enda enesetundest ja varasemast kogemusest. Kindlasti ei soovita enne trenniga alustada, kui vastuv\u00f5tul on k\u00e4idud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00fcnnitusj\u00e4rgne kontroll<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00fcnnitusj\u00e4rgses kontrollis vaadatakse, kas k\u00f5ik on ilusti paranenud ja saab kinnituse, kas on ok j\u00e4lle trenni teha, saunas k\u00e4ia jne. Ma ei teagi, miks ma seda nii v\u00e4ga ootasin, sest tegelikult kohe alguses ma polekski jaksanud midagi teha, esimesed kaks kuud olid ikka r\u00e4ngad. Lisaks trennile ma tahtsin v\u00e4ga sauna minna. Raseduse ajal ka ikka k\u00e4isin, aga h\u00e4sti madala kraadiga (50 kraadi \u00e4kki) ja istusin k\u00f5ige madalamal astmel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Praegune vorm on mul ikka max kehv. Raseduse ajal k\u00e4isin aktiivselt k\u00f5ndimas, j\u00f5utrenni midagi ei teinud, l\u00f5pupoole vahepeal ei teinud \u00fcldse midagi ja siis t\u00e4itsa l\u00f5pus k\u00e4isin pilateses. M\u00f5ni suudab terve raseduse ka v\u00e4ga aktiivne olla, ma ei suutnud. Olin v\u00e4sinud. P\u00e4rast s\u00fcnnitust oli s\u00fclt olla. Tegelt on siiamaani, aga natuke on paremaks l\u00e4inud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kuidas alustada treenimisega?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00f5tlesin t\u00fckk aega, et kuidas ma alustama peaks, et mott p\u00fcsiks kauem kui 1-2 n\u00e4dalat. J\u00f5usaali minna ei taha arvestades praegust viiruse olukorda ja raske oleks nii tihti (selleks, et tulemusi saada, tuleb tihti teha) lapse k\u00f5rvalt kuskil k\u00e4ia ka. Edasi-tagasi s\u00f5it raiskaks palju aega. Otsustasin siis, et teen kodus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eelmisel aastal tegin <span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/helen.vene.ee\/blog\/2019\/04\/pulmadeks-vormi-koos-kayla-itsines-iga\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kayla BBG kava 10 n\u00e4dalat<\/a><\/span>. Tulemused olid nii head!!! Praegu oma vormi arvestades olin kindel, et BBG-ga (<em>Bikini Body Guide)<\/em> ma kohe alustada ei saa. See liiga hull. Agaa.. <span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kaylaitsines.com\" target=\"_blank\">Kayla Itsines<\/a><\/span> tuli m\u00f5ni aeg tagasi oma <span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><em>Post-Pregnancy ja Beginner<\/em><\/span> kavadega v\u00e4lja. Otsustasin, et teen neid. Paljusid asju saab koduste vahenditega asendada, peab lihtsalt ise loov olema. N\u00e4iteks, hantlid saab asendada t\u00e4idetud pudelitega, sangpommi t\u00e4idetud kotiga jne. Mina kasutasin stepipingi asemel trepiastet \ud83d\ude03.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00f5ned asjad ma siiski ostsin juurde ka, kuna plaanin pikemaajaliselt n\u00fc\u00fcd hakata kodus treenima. Pildil n\u00e4ha need asjad, mis ma ostsin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BBG puhul oli rohkem varustust vaja, nende uute kavade puhul mulle meeldib, et varustust on vaja minimaalselt. Ostsin <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/medpoint.ee\" target=\"_blank\">Medpointist<\/a> endale kummilindid erinevat t\u00fc\u00fcpi, massaa\u017eirulli. Matt, pall ja hantlid olid mul juba kodus olemas. Tegelikult tahtsin raskemaid hantleid ka, aga nii Medpointi kui ka <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/spordihooldus.ee\" target=\"_blank\">Spordihoolduse<\/a> lehel k\u00f5ik ilusad asjad <em>out of stock<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Post-Pregnancy Foundations kava jaoks on Kayla varustuse nimekirjas mainitud:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pink<\/li><li>Tool<\/li><li>Hantlid<\/li><li>Pall<\/li><li>Massaa\u017eirull<\/li><li>Sangpomm<\/li><li>Massaa\u017eipall<\/li><li>Kummilindid<\/li><li>Stepi pink<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mulle meeldib telo ekraani peegeldada telekasse. Siis on mugav j\u00e4lgida. Aga telefonist on ka t\u00e4itsa ok teha. Sellel on muidu Apple Watchi \u00e4pp ka, aga seda ma pole veel proovinud. Nagu n\u00e4ha siis beebimonitor mul sisse l\u00fclitatud \ud83d\ude03. Enamasti teengi harjutusi lapse l\u00f5unaune ajal, siis on k\u00f5ige lihtsam enda jaoks need 30 minutit leida. Olen n\u00fc\u00fcd n\u00e4dal aega seda teinud. Pean tunnistama, et need harjutused on mulle liiga lihtsad, ma ei l\u00e4he isegi higiseks. Aga samas mulle praegu v\u00e4ga meeldib see, et ma saan rahulikult end liigutada ja ei higista\/hingelda kogu aeg. Kuna see trenn on meeldiv, siis \u00fcritan praegu endale tekitada positiivset harjumust iga p\u00e4ev teha ca 30 min trenni. J\u00e4rk-j\u00e4rgult liigun siis edasi raskemate harjutuste juurde. <em>Foundations<\/em>-i on 4 n\u00e4dalat, edasi tavalise <em>Post-Pregnancy<\/em> kava juurde. Ilmselgelt seekord ma nii ruttu tulemusi ei n\u00e4e nagu eelmine aasta, aga mis siis. Palju olulisem oleks hetkel tekitada hea harjumus, mida siin j\u00e4rgmised 2 aastat kodus olles teha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trenn algab soojendusharjutustega, siis p\u00f5hiharjutused ja l\u00f5puks venitused. Ajaliselt kuskil ca 30 minutit, mitte rohkem. Trennid on jaotatud erinevateks osadeks &#8211; <em>resistance<\/em>, <em>cardio<\/em> ja <em>recovery<\/em> trennid. <em>Resistance<\/em> trennid on siis need t\u00fc\u00fcpilised Kayla harjutused. <em>Cardio<\/em> v\u00f5ib olla k\u00f5ndimine, jooksmine, ujumine jm selline. <em>Recovery<\/em> trennid on venituse- ja l\u00f5\u00f5gastusharjutused, aga ka puhkep\u00e4ev, mille logid \u00e4ppi sisse. \u00c4pp soovitab ka, millistel p\u00e4evadel missuguseid trenne teha.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eesm\u00e4rk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unustasin postituse alguses kirjutada, et mis eesm\u00e4rgil ma \u00fcldse trenni teen. Kaalulangetus ei ole kindlasti eesm\u00e4rk, see kukub mul praegu niigi. Isegi siis, kui joon liiga palju maitsestatud vett (loe suhkruvett). Olen kaalunumbrilt v\u00e4iksem kui enne rasedust, lihtsalt vedelam \ud83d\ude03.  Teen trenni, sest tahan rohkem j\u00f5udu (beebi l\u00e4heb iga p\u00e4evaga j\u00e4rjest raskemaks) ja tahan olla rohkem trimmis. Visuaalne muutus on palju olulisem kui kaalunumber. Peaks endast pildid ka tegema, siis on p\u00e4rast hea v\u00f5rrelda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teen p\u00e4rast <em>Foundations<\/em> kava l\u00f5ppu uue postituse.
