Eile juba t\u00f6\u00f6kaaslane mainis, et ootab pulmapostitusi. Tulevad-tulevad \ud83d\ude01 aga enne m\u00f5tlesin kirjutada oma enese\u00fcletusest trenni ja toitumisega. Ok, tegelikult j\u00e4i aega ka reisi researchi tegemiseks ja abiellumise korraldamiseks. \ud83d\ude02 Aga muus osas &#8216;sots life&#8217; kannatas k\u00fcll veidi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kalorid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toitumisega alustasin detsembri alguses, siis kui sai selgeks, et \u00e4kki kevadel toimub midagi ja tahaks olla paremas vormis. \u00dctlen kohe \u00e4ra, et eesm\u00e4rgiks ei olnud n\u00e4lgida ja 10kg alla saada, vaid lihtsalt natuke v\u00f5bisevat kaotada ja olla rohkem trimmis. Olla iseendaga rahul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Hakkasin kasutama MyFitnessPal \u00e4ppi, kus on p\u00e4ris mugav kaloreid kirja panna, sest nii palju s\u00f6\u00f6ke seal olemas. Eriti mugav on just pakendil oleva triipkoodi sk\u00e4nnimine, leiab k\u00e4hku \u00f5ige asja \u00fclesse. V\u00e4ga harva pidin ise mingi toidu \u00e4ppi sisestama.  Pean tunnistama, et see m\u00e4rkimine oli alguses t\u00fc\u00fctu, aga mida rohkem ma hoogu sattusin, seda lihtsamaks see l\u00e4ks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e4evaseks kaloraa\u017eiks soovitas MyFitnessPal mulle 1420 kcal v\u00e4hese aktiivsuse juures. Kes iganes tahab n\u00fc\u00fcd \u00fctlema hakata, et seda on v\u00e4he ja see on n\u00e4lgimine, siis v\u00f5ib vaikida, sest ma ise tunnen, mis mu kehale on OK ja mis mitte \ud83d\ude01. Kokku m\u00e4rkisin kaloreid detsembrist m\u00e4rtsi keskpaigani, kuskil 100 p\u00e4eva tuli t\u00e4is. Oli ka &#8220;patustamise&#8221; p\u00e4evi, aga neid oli pigem v\u00e4he, mulle endalegi \u00fcllatuseks. Enamasti s\u00f5in p\u00e4eva jooksul 1400-1700 kalorit, t\u00e4iesti enesetunde j\u00e4rgi. Oluline oli lihtsalt \u00f5igeid asju s\u00fc\u00fca &#8211; 1400 eest saab v\u00e4ga palju ja maitsvaid toite s\u00fc\u00fca, kui viitsida natuke vaeva n\u00e4ha. N\u00e4ljatunnet polnud mul \u00fcldse, aga tahtej\u00f5udu pidin proovile panema korduvalt \ud83d\ude02 Kuigi sel korral aitas kaasa see, et oli reaalselt motiveeriv s\u00fcndmus, mille nimel vaeva n\u00e4ha ning et ma ei olnud endaga nii range, vahel h\u00e4id (ja ebatervislikke) asju s\u00fc\u00fca on ju ka t\u00e4iesti OK! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00f6\u00f6kaaslased k\u00fcll naersid, kui ma koogireede \u00fcritusel neile teadsin \u00f6elda palju <a href=\"https:\/\/dodopizza.ee\/tallinn\">Dodo dodsteris<\/a> kaloreid on. \ud83d\ude02  Ahjaa, alkoholi v\u00f5iks oma men\u00fc\u00fcst v\u00e4lja visata, m\u00f5ttetud kalorid ja ilma selleta j\u00f5uab lihtsamini tulemusteni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trennid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detsembris hakkasin k\u00e4ima j\u00f5usaalis ja tegin rohkem enesetunde j\u00e4rgi trenni, kuna olin pikalt haige olnud. Tahtsin natuke v\u00f5hma alla saada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jaanuari keskel alustasin Kayla Itsinesi 12 n\u00e4dala <em>challenge<\/em>-ga. Alguses arvasin, et j\u00e4\u00e4n kohe haigeks (nagu tavaliselt) ja ei saa l\u00f5puni teha, aga n\u00e4ed, ei j\u00e4\u00e4nud \ud83d\ude01 k\u00f5ige raskem oli sundida end 6x n\u00e4dalas trenni minema. Kuigi osasid trenne sai v\u00e4ga m\u00f5nusalt ka kodus teha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jaanuari keskelt hakkasin k\u00e4ima ka ujumiskursustel, see v\u00e4sitas ka p\u00e4ris korralikult, sest minu jaoks uus f\u00fc\u00fcsiline pingutus. Esimesi tulemusi Kayla kavaga n\u00e4gin juba 4 n\u00e4dala p\u00e4rast, see andis k\u00f5vasti motti juurde edasi teha. Just visuaalsed tulemused, mitte kaalunumber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kokku tegin Kayla kava 9 n\u00e4dalat, sest 10ndal n\u00e4dalal olid juba muud tegevused &#8211; abiellumine, reisiks ettevalmistused jne. V\u00e4ljakutse ise kestis 12 n\u00e4dalat, aga seda kava saab teha kogu aeg.. ei pea \u00fcldse <em>challenge<\/em> raames tegema. Ilmselt kui n\u00fc\u00fcd oma koduste aiat\u00f6\u00f6dega j\u00e4rjele saan, siis hakkangi j\u00e4lle pihta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kui kaalu j\u00e4lgida, siis on m\u00f5istlik kaaluda end alati samal ajal, nt p\u00fchap\u00e4eva hommikul p\u00e4rast \u00e4rkamist ja s\u00f6\u00f6mata. Arvasin, et nagunii progressipilte ei tule, sest ma ei saa hakkama \ud83d\ude03 Et sorri siis sassis toa p\u00e4rast (see on see tuba, kus ikka veel on veidi karpe ja kaste, kuna k\u00f5ik garderoobid pole valmis, ilmselgelt tuli prioriteetsemaid kulutusi vahele \ud83d\ude02)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reisil ma \u00fcldse trenni ei teinud, seega kuskil kuuajaline paus tuli trennist vahele. Reisiga v\u00f5tsin ca 2 kg tagasi, aga ma s\u00f5in ka t\u00f5esti palju \ud83d\ude03 Hakkan varsti uuesti Kaylat tegema, toitumist juba j\u00e4lgin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Praeguseks k\u00f5ik.
