Esiteks on koogid tavaliselt h\u00e4sti suured (kui kahekesi elad, siis v\u00f5ib olla kiusatus sealt v\u00f5tta rohkem koogit\u00fckke kui kaks \ud83d\ude02, mis on ka m\u00f5istlik, sest mulle toitu \u00e4ra visata ei meeldi!!) ning teiseks, koogil on p\u00f5hi, mis minu silmis ei anna mitte mingit maitseelamust. Seega praegusel hetkel, kus me \u00fcritame vormi saada, on need nagu maha visatud kalorid. N\u00e4iteks, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kokkama.ee\/2012\/08\/banoffee-kook-ehk-kiire-kupsetamata.html\">Ragnega kokkama<\/a> lehel on \u00fclihea retsept sellele koogile, aga kui vaadata p\u00f5hja koostisainete v\u00f5i ja Digestive k\u00fcpsiste kaloraa\u017ei, siis ma tahaks appi h\u00fc\u00fcda \ud83d\ude02 Nimelt, <strong>100 g v\u00f5id annab 750 kcal<\/strong> ja <strong>300 g k\u00fcpsiseid annab 1400 kcal<\/strong>. Proovisin \u00fche korra teha ka p\u00e4ris vahukoorega. Pean \u00fctlema, et megahea sai, aga taimne vahukoor sobib mulle paremini ning lisaks annab see ka v\u00e4hem kaloreid. Nt Alma vahukoor 100g 337 kcal, Schlagfix vegan vahukoor 100g ainult 158 kcal.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kuidas valmistada?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vala vahukoor topsi, lisa hulka agaavi siirup ja vahusta vahukoor.<\/li><li>Pane vahukoor kausi p\u00f5hja vastavalt oma kausi suurusele. <\/li><li>L\u00f5ika banaanid sobiva suurusega t\u00fckkideks ja m\u00e4\u00e4ri peale \u0161okolaadi ja karamelli toorjuustu.
