Maitsestada tuleb nii palju, et lillkapsa maitse \u00e4ra kaoks \ud83d\ude02 <em>Desperate times&nbsp;call for&nbsp;desperate measures<\/em>, okei? K\u00f5hulihased tehakse k\u00f6\u00f6gis mitte trennis  \ud83d\ude02<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kuidas valmistada?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Keeda lillkapsas ca 15-20 minutit kuni on pehme. \u00c4ra unusta soola lisada. <\/li><li>Saumikseriga purusta keedetud lillkapsas ja lisa juurde sulajuustu (Merevaik r\u00f6stitud kanaga).<\/li><li>Sega sisse v\u00f5i raputa peale sobivaid maitseained\/maitsetaimi. Mina kasutasin sibulat ja broileri maitseainet. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kogused: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lillkapsas keetmata 300g &#8211; <strong>69 kcal<\/strong><\/li><li>Merevaik r\u00f6stitud kanaga 40g <strong>&#8211; 95 kcal<\/strong><\/li><li>K\u00f5rvitsasalat 50g &#8211; <strong>35 kcal&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li>Alpro Go On Strawberry, Raspberry 150 g &#8211; <strong>128 kcal<\/strong><\/li><li>Vaarikad 70 g &#8211; <strong>25 kcal&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vaarikaid panin topsi v\u00e4hem, s\u00f5in niisama p\u00e4rast juurde, aga need annavad nii v\u00e4he, niiet suva. K\u00f5rvitsat arvestasin ligikaudu, ei viitsinud kaaluda. Seeni polnud m\u00f5tet sisse toksida, kuna need ei anna p\u00f5him\u00f5tteliselt midagi. Kokku selline \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6k siis ca <strong>330 kcal<\/strong>.
