Broneerimisleping oli s\u00f5lmitud meie ja arendaja vahel, notarit kaasatud ei olnud, seega sellest lepingust ei tekkinud meil veel ka kohustust seda maja osta.<\/p>\n<p>Eks me natuke m\u00f5tlesime, et kui suur risk on, et maksame bron tasu \u00e4ra, aga lepingusse ei j\u00f5ua, sest \u00e4kki ei saa laenu ja siis see broneerimistasu oleks l\u00e4inud t\u00fchja, aga see ei olnud nii suur summa.
