Teismeeas olid m\u00f5ned \u00fcksikud t\u00e4pid nina peal, laubal vms. 2015. aastal oli mul suur stress ja palju terviseprobleeme (pool parukat kadus peast \u00e4ra, silmap\u00f5letikud iga n\u00e4dal, s\u00fcdameprobleemid, k\u00f5ik tingitud \u00fchest teatud asjast), siis m\u00f5tlesin, et kui stressist v\u00f5itu saan, siis l\u00e4heb ka nahk korda. Tundub, et ei l\u00e4inud, muidu siin hetkel ju ei kirjutaks. Sest ma ei taha ravida tagaj\u00e4rgi, vaid p\u00f5hjuseid ja lisaks ei tundunud mulle antibiootikumide v\u00f5tmine parima valikuna. &#8220;Miks see n\u00e4onahk pekki l\u00e4ks&#8221; k\u00fcsimusele vastust ma ei tea, muidu lahendaks ju probleemi \u00e4ra. Aga t\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt on seotud hormonaalne tasakaal, stress ja vale toitumine. V\u00f5ib ju l\u00f5putult spekuleerida, et millest tingitud, aga ma pole arst ja vaevalt nemadki kindlat p\u00f5hjust oskavad \u00f6elda.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f5putud n\u00e4ohoolitsused, puhastused, meik olid lihtsalt nagu surnud ring, millest v\u00e4lja tulla ei oska. Kuulsin s\u00f5brannadelt selle toidutalumatuse testi kohta ning otsustasin l\u00e4hemalt uurida.<\/p>\n<h2>Mis on toidutalumatuse test?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sain kingitusena Via Naturale toidutalumatuse testi 120 toiduainele. Olin tahtnud mingisugust toidutalumatuse testi teha juba ammu, kuid ei teadnud millist ning need pigem on kallid ka. Tahtsingi just oma naha probleemide t\u00f5ttu seda teha. Naha kuivus on \u00fcle terve keha, probleemne nahk pigem n\u00e4gu, dekoltee ja selg. \u00dctleme nii, et V kaelusega pluusid seisid kapis m\u00f5nda aega niisama \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toidutalumatuse test Via Naturales on olemuselt ts\u00fctotoksiline test. Ekspert sellel alal ei ole, aga nii palju kui aru sain, siis pannakse veri reageerima erinevate toiduainetega ja vaadatakse, kas verelibled kahjustuvad\/purunevad toiduainega reageerides. Enda teada pole mul kunagi esinenud laktoosi v\u00f5i muu toiduaine talumatust, kunagi lapsena oli mandariinide vastu allergia, kui neid liiga palju s\u00f5in.<\/p>\n<p>SynLab teeb ka mingisugust testi, vist teistsugusel meetodil, aga p\u00e4ris kursis sellega ei ole.<\/p>\n<h2>Mis seal toitumisn\u00f5ustamisel toimus?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Andsin verd augustis ja m\u00f5ne n\u00e4dala p\u00e4rast mulle helistati ja pakuti v\u00e4lja aeg toitumisn\u00f5ustamisele minekuks (hinnas oli ainult \u00fcks n\u00f5ustamine). Just seal pidin saama ka teada oma testi tulemused. Septembri l\u00f5pus k\u00e4isin toitumisn\u00f5ustamisel. Ooteaeg oli \u00fcsna pikk. V\u00f5is tingitud olla ka sellest, et toitumisn\u00f5ustaja on Tartust ja mina Tallinnast. Toitumisn\u00f5ustaja oli v\u00e4ga s\u00f5bralik, kuid kohati ei j\u00e4tnud piisavalt teadlikku v\u00f5i professionaalset muljet. Soovitused k\u00f5lasid pigem nagu makilindilt ega arvestanud minu testi tulemuste erip\u00e4radega.<\/p>\n<p>Minul on keskmine talumatus\u00a0<strong>piimatoodete\u00a0<\/strong>(lehma, kitse, lamba),\u00a0<strong>soja, tsitruseliste ja oliivide\u00a0<\/strong>vastu. Esmajoones m\u00f5tlesin, et<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ah, soja on suva, sushide ja mingite hiinakate s\u00f6\u00f6mise l\u00f5petamine pole maailma l\u00f5pp<\/li>\n<li>oliive ma vihkan<\/li>\n<li>tsitruselistega on pekkis<\/li>\n<li>piimatoodetega on v\u00e4ga halb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Siis j\u00f5udis kohale, et oliivi\u00f5li on men\u00fc\u00fcst v\u00e4ljas, ei saa enam apelsini, laimi, sidrunit, mandariini, ananassi jne. Piimatooted on veel eraldi raske teema (juustud, koorekastmed, keefir, jogurt, kohviga piim, v\u00f5i jne).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Mmm, s\u00f6\u00f6ki leida on raskem kui veganil.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soovitaksin toitumisn\u00f5ustajal muuta seda kohtumist personaalsemaks. Mina eeldaksin, et sellel alal tegutseval professionaalil on olemas oma andmebaas toitude koostisosadest, v\u00e4hemalt need, mida n\u00f5ustaja ise v\u00e4ga soovitab. N\u00e4iteks soovitati mulle igasuguseid asendusi juustudele ja piimadele.\u00a0K\u00fcll aga oleksin ma eeldanud, et kui mul on sidrun men\u00fc\u00fcst v\u00e4ljas, siis ta ei soovita mul s\u00fc\u00fca selliseid tooteid, mille koostisosades need asjad sees on.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kogu mulje n\u00f5ustamisest j\u00e4i pinnapealseks ja pikemat n\u00f5ustamist ei pakutud. T\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt oleks Via Naturalel kasumlikum teha \u00fcks tutvustav videol\u00f5ik selle kohta ja seda k\u00f5igile n\u00e4idata \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<h2>Elu p\u00e4rast toitumisn\u00f5ustamist<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00e4rast toitumisn\u00f5ustamist otsustasin, et proovin siis j\u00e4rgneva 4-6 kuu jooksul (vere puhastumise aeg), hoiduda nendest mulle &#8220;ebasobivatest&#8221; s\u00f6\u00f6kidest. Eesm\u00e4rgiks on 4-6 kuud puhastuda ja siis j\u00e4rk-j\u00e4rgult uuesti \u00fckshaaval neid toiduaineid proovima hakata ja vaadata, et mis mu nahka m\u00f5jutab. V\u00f5imalik, et k\u00f5ik need talumatuse toiduained mul punne ei tekita.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcldiselt oli poes k\u00e4ia v\u00e4ga raske, sest paljudes s\u00f6\u00f6kides, milles ei kujutaks ette ka, on koostisainena sees <strong>sojaletsitiin<\/strong>. Teistes v\u00e4ga tavalistes toitudes on sees <strong>sidrunhape<\/strong>, mille justkui peaksin ka oma men\u00fc\u00fcst v\u00e4lja j\u00e4tma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> Piimaga<\/strong> oli \u00fcsna lihtne &#8211; kohvi jaoks ostsin kaera-, mandli- v\u00f5i kookospiima, kr\u00f5binate juurde meeldis k\u00f5ige enam Alpro kaerapiim. Teised piimad tundusid natuke liiga vesised kr\u00f5binatega s\u00f6\u00f6miseks. Paljud asendavad soja baasil piimaga, aga mina ei saa seda ka \ud83d\ude00 Magusa armastaja ma v\u00e4ga pole kunagi olnud, seega \u0161okolaad nutma ei ajanud (OKKK, maiuspala kommid on mu lemmarid, aga need on ka ainukesed, mida igatsen). Nt Kalevi tumedat \u0161okolaadi martsipanit\u00e4idisega saan s\u00fc\u00fca. Endal oleks ka huvitav kogu seda s\u00f6\u00f6gimajandust kirja panna \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<h2>Mida mu n\u00e4gu asjast arvab?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alustasin selle range re\u017eiimiga ning esialgu tundus, et k\u00f5ik l\u00e4heb kenasti. Punnid hakkasid \u00e4ra kaduma, kuniks ostsin poest mingi veini (ma ei teadnud, et vein saab ka sisaldada piima; minu jaoks tundus vein rohkem nagu &#8220;viinamarjad ja k\u00e4\u00e4rimine&#8221;). Voilaa, tundus, et p\u00f5letikulised punnid tulid sellest. J\u00e4lgisin ikka \u00fcsna karmilt re\u017eiimi, aga ainuke asi, millega tegin j\u00e4releandmisi on sidrunhape, sest muidu ma ei saaks \u00fcldse s\u00fc\u00fca (isegi kikerherne hummuses see sees).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00e4isin tihti ka Gotsus s\u00f6\u00f6mas. Kodus tegin g<em>uacamole<\/em>&#8216;t, v\u00fcrtsikas paneeringus kana ja igasuguseid wok-e, kuni l\u00f5puks sain aru, et punnid tekivad v\u00fcrtsikatest asjadest ka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hetkel on seis selline, et ma olen n\u00fc\u00fcd oktoobrikuu algusest seda re\u017eiimi j\u00e4rginud ja raske on, aga \u00fcllataval kombel ma olen palju rohkem v\u00f5imeline oma isusid kontrollima ja ma pole enam s\u00f6\u00f6giori, sest ma lihtsalt tahan normaalne v\u00e4lja n\u00e4ha. Katsun n\u00fc\u00fcd 4-6 kuud vastu pidada ja loodan, et mu n\u00e4gu p\u00fcsib puhas. Hetkel on seis v\u00e4ga lootustandev. Praegu ma enam tegelikult ei tea, kas mu punnid tekivad piimatoodetest, sojast, tsitruselistest (ei usu) v\u00f5i v\u00fcrtsikatest asjadest. Ma siiralt loodan, et k\u00f5ik need toiduained ei p\u00f5hjusta, vaid et edaspidi v\u00e4hemalt juustu ja koorekastmeid saaksin s\u00fc\u00fca. T\u00f6\u00f6l on \u00fcsna nukker s\u00fc\u00fca kuiva tatart \ud83d\ude00 T\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt tavalist piima ma ei hakka enam kunagi tarbima. Olen juba harjunud kaerapiimaga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ma v\u00f5iksin tegelikult ju progressi pildid ka panna, aga pole kindel, kas see on parim idee. Need ei ole k\u00f5ige ilusamad ja olgem ausad, olen end terve selle aja krohvinud, et neid varjata. P\u00e4ris <em>pointless<\/em> oleks neid n\u00fc\u00fcd siis siin avalikustada \ud83d\ude00 Kui ma 4-6 kuud olen saanud hakkama, siis m\u00f5tlen uuesti sellele. Ostsin kasutamiseks ka mineraalpuudri ja enam igasuguseid jumestuskreeme, CC ja BB kreeme n\u00e4kku igap\u00e4evaselt ei pane.
